This 90 minute ritual is a deeply restorative journey combining the nurturing stillness of the Cocoon Cradle Ritual with the sensory indulgence of the Lux Japanese Head Spa. Designed to gently guide you out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of safety, comfort, and profound relaxation, this experience places you at the centre of every moment. Suspended in a cocooned, weightless position, gentle rocking movements begin, helping the body soften and shift into deep rest. This womb-like sensation supports feelings of safety, comfort, and being held, allowing the nervous system to fully down-regulate. Gentle care will be placed upon you from head to toe with hair brushing, scalp and facial massage and gentle lymphatic flow down the body. Light touch is the most effective in our opinion. From here, the experience flows into the Lux Japanese Head Spa ritual. A clarifying shampoo deeply cleanses the scalp, followed by a warm oil treatment and gentle exfoliation to release tension and remove dead skin cells. You are then immersed in the beautifully calming waterfall head spa, infused with rose water for its natural benefits to hair, scalp, and overall wellbeing. While you enjoy the waterfall flow, a soothing hand and arm massage is performed. A second deep cleansing shampoo removes all product build-up before a deeply nourishing and hydrating hair mask is applied. Gentle steam is used to open the hair follicles for deep hydration, while a neck, shoulder, and scalp massage encourages complete surrender into relaxation. The ritual concludes with a final waterfall rinse, a nourishing lip treatment, and a gentle blow-dry, which you can enjoy alongside a refreshing drink of your choice. Throughout the experience, mindful meditation and gentle hypnotic like guidance will lead you back to your inner place of calm. This is not about fixing — it is about allowing.
